Preferred Golf Club guarantees that every guestroom reservation booked through PreferredGolf.com has the best rate publicly available on the Internet. If you find a lower rate on any other website, we will beat it.

If you find a rate for any of our hotels on another website lower than the best available Internet rate on www.PreferredGolf.com for the same guestroom type, dates, and rate payment requirements (i.e. full prepayment requirement) and restrictions, we will not only match the lower rate you have found, but we will also reward you for bringing it to our attention. We will honor the lower rate, give you an additional 10% off the rate, and provide you with a complimentary late check-out (upon availability).

You must do the following to claim our Best Rate Guarantee:

Contact Preferred Golf Club within 48 hours of booking your room by emailing info@preferredgolf.com with the following:

The name of the website where you found the lower rate
Dates and room type information
Your name and contact information

If you prefer, you may call 888.893.6697 during our business hours (8:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. M-F, Central Time) and be prepared with the same information.

Upon verification of your claim, Preferred Golf Club will not only honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found, but offer an additional 10% off that lower rate plus a late check-out (2:00 p.m. and based upon availability).

Lower Rate Guarantee does not apply to:

Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking is finalized including priceline.com and Hotwire
Packaged rates that include air, car rentals, taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services, or other services and amenities
Qualified discount rates including, but not limited to, Government, AAA, or Senior Citizen Discounts
Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations, or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by Preferred Golf Club
Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates
Rate differences due to rounding to the nearest dollar
Rates found on the other website need to be available and bookable at the time of verification
The lower rate must have been found within 48 hours of making your original reservation
