Q: If I purchase a membership, is my card going to be automatically charged each year?
No, you will be sent a renewal notice 45 days/30 days/15 days/and day of expiration date asking if you would like to renew at that point in time. If you do not, your membership will turn to inactive.
Q: Can I use my membership in all PHG hotels?

Q: Do I call you to book reservation and tee times? Can I reserve tee times when I arrive at the hotel?
You must book your reservation online through Preferred Golf Club, or by calling the Preferred Golf Club Desk. All tee times must be made by calling or emailing the Preferred Golf Club Desk.
Q: Do I have to be a guest at the resort in order to take advantage of the free golf?
Yes, with every consecutive two-night stay, you receive a complimentary round.
Q: How does the program work if I want to golf with my wife who is a member and we stay at the same room?
To receive your complimentary round, each person must stay two consecutive nights. Therefore if you are staying in the same room, you must stay four nights for each of you to receive a complimentary round.
Q: Can I show up at the resort and take advantage of a round?
Yes, although advance tee times are highly encouraged, as we cannot guarantee the availability. If you are staying at the resort, you receive a complimentary round with every consecutive two-nights.
